Example:
You found a quote for your article about HR and you want to know if it is worth citing, i.e. whether it will improve the visibility of your article in AI.

Just copy it, copy its URL, and quotemark will tell you how many points it is worth between 0 and 100. More points, better potential visibility.

Quote Value Score

Paste in a quote you're considering using in your piece, along with its source URL โ€” we check how much it would strengthen your article's chances of being picked up in an AI-generated answer, using the author, the date, and how saturated the quote already is.

Exa reads this page server-side to find the author and date, and searches the web to check how saturated this quote already is. Everything below is Exa-driven โ€” nothing is guessed locally.
Your score will appear here once you paste a quote and click the button.

Why do you need a quality quote? (Dialogue with Google's AI mode)

Me: If I have a blog on a topic and I guess what people will ask next on that topic, and I answer it numerically, what are the chances that Google AI will quote me if someone asks that question?
Google AI mode:

You have a very good intuition: giving an accurate, numerically supported answer to a question that others haven't answered yet is the most valuable search engine optimization (SEO) strategy today.

Me: Is it okay to include quotes from valuable, relevant, and credible sources in my own article?
Google AI mode: Yes, it's really great. Both Google's AI mode (SGE, or Search Generative Experience, or Gemini-based summaries) and traditional search engines are obsessed with authenticity. If you quote from serious, reputable sources (so-called authority sites), it dramatically increases your chances of being chosen as a primary source by the AI.
Saturation and gap-fill potential are estimated on this preview page. A production version would call a search index (e.g. Exa) and a scoring model (e.g. Claude) through a server-side proxy โ€” never directly from the browser โ€” so that API keys stay off the client and out of view.
